A. No, but we work with engineers and technicians to better support networked OT devices.

Q. What is your OT/ICS Background?
A. Jim has more than 10 years of experience partnering with OT Engineers from an Information Technology perspective. Jim holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and understands some of the challenges and unique scenarios that running Operational Technology equipment presents. Jim holds these specific, rigorous ICS security certifications: GCISP and GRID.

Q. Does TCPNC install and configure computers?
A. TCPNC’s business model works at a higher strategic level advising clients on how to leverage their resources or to use external experts. While we can assist, this is not a good use of our time and resources.

Q. What is your video streaming background?
A. For six years, Jim was a former tier-3 support engineer at a well known video company and holds a VNCE certification. Jim has experience in various live streaming and stored video formats.

Q. What is your IT background?
A. Jim has more than 30 years of IT experience supporting VAR customers, Commodities, Technology, Consulting, and Manufacturing. Jim is well-rounded and excels in understanding and troubleshooting difficult and complicated systems. I support Microsoft Products, UNIX/Linux, OpenBSD, virtualization, robust networks, and security including 25 years of firewall experience.
